• In these General Conditions of Sale “we” refers to GUYENNE I
• “Customer (s)” – includes all persons designated on the reservation form and / or any reservation made on behalf of a company, organization or any other natural or legal person
• “Housing” – includes the area and any part of it or other premises used for that purpose

A contract exists between GUYENNE I and the Client (s) as soon as the 30% deposit -or full payment and the reservation form signed by the Client have been received by GUYENNE I. The Client guarantees full payment of the total price and thus undertakes on behalf of and with the consent of all other persons and / or entities for whom the reservation is made.

Payment of the total price must be made at least 1 month before arrival. For reservations made less than a month before arrival, full payment must accompany the reservation form. All reservations made by telephone or email will be guaranteed for 1 week, pending receipt of the completed and signed reservation form and payment of the deposit.
If the balance of the payment is not received at least 1 month before the start of the stay, we may consider the reservation as canceled by you and we reserve the right to re-let the domain without further notice. In practice, we will make all reasonable efforts to contact you. Failure to receive the balance will not automatically constitute a notification of cancellation of the reservation and the Client will remain liable for the cancellation fees when notifying the cancellation of the reservation.

When we offer to provide, or cause to be provided, any other service, this will be included according to the Customer’s choice of option (s) and billed separately. In all cases, the option may be ordered or terminated – according to the terms set out below – without consequence on the main rental of the domain.

Third Party Services
Optional services provided by third parties, whether or not they are booked by us on behalf of the Client, are subject to the terms and conditions of sale of the provider of these services. We are not a party to the contract for the purchase of these services and, whether or not we recommend the supplier, we do not guarantee the characteristics or performance of these services, nor their relevance, their compliance with applicable laws or regulations. , training or advice given. We accept no responsibility for these services. If we make the reservation on behalf of the Customer, we only do so as an agent of the latter. The Customer retains full responsibility for the characteristics of the service offered and the qualifications of the service provider, as well as its ability to provide the services. Complaints must be addressed directly to the service provider.

The Customer certifies that he has taken out multi-risk insurance to protect him and all of the roommates against all rental risks relating to the rental of the domain. A copy of the insurance policy may be requested by GUYENNE I from the Client.

Cancellations by the Client – All cancellations must be made in writing (email or mail) and the cancellation fees, acquired definitively at GUYENNE I, apply from the date of receipt of the cancellation:

Cancellations by GUYENNE I – GUYENNE I reserves the right to cancel the cancellation without refund following unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control including, but not limited to: natural or nuclear disasters, force majeure , war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, social conflict, government decisions, adverse weather conditions, fire, closure of stations or airports or similar events.

If the Customer wishes to change elements of his reservation, he must do so in writing. Depending on the case, the changes can be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees applied at the discretion of GUYENNE I. No change to the reservation will have any effect on the general conditions and these will continue to apply. full effect.

GUYENNE I cannot be held responsible for any delay before arrival at your rental or during the course of your stay, caused by weather conditions, strikes, traffic congestion or any other circumstances whatsoever , planned or unforeseen.

The Client is responsible for his personal insurance as well as that relating to the rental of property not belonging to him, his official papers and travel documents.
Carriers, hotels, restaurants or service providers are not under our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any act or failure on their part.
The Client will indemnify GUYENNE I in full on simple request as a direct consequence of the damage caused by any roommate or guest of the Client to the domain or its content. All damage directly caused by the Customer, a roommate or a guest will be invoiced to the Customer at the price of replacement as new and must be paid before leaving the domain. The Customer undertakes to behave in such a way as not to disturb the comfort of other people or damage our reputation vis-à-vis the owners and local residents. We reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately and without reimbursement in the event of the Client’s characterized liability with regard to the above provisions, without prejudice to any claim for damages.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount of the price invoiced and cannot, under any circumstances, extend to the additional costs incurred such as travel costs or other services.

If you have a reason for complaint, you must make it known to GUYENNE I at the first opportunity so that we can take any appropriate action as soon as possible. If, at the end of your stay, you consider that your complaint has not been dealt with in a satisfactory manner, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of your departure and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

The Client signing the reservation form accepts the present conditions and will be responsible for all acts, loss, damage and any damages caused by him or the other roommates. It will indemnify GUYENNE I against any claim, – including attorneys’ fees and legal costs – made against it by any person or entity due to the occupation of the area by the Client.

These general conditions of sale and any contract to which they apply are drawn up in accordance with French law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Bordeaux. All conflicts resulting from the interpretation, implementation, non-execution of this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Bordeaux.
